Great question! I'll keep my answer here super short, but feel free to reach out if you're curious to learn more...
At the heart of it, there are six key necessities for me to run all these projects at once:
I've built a backend system that organizes all the events, tasks, and people across all projects.
In the front-end, all the projects are interconnected via a public-facing ecosystem (see TravisBMitchell.com).
I've boiled down the management process for all projects to include the same five key actions.
I get help from my small part-time team (managing the backend pipelines, setting up events, managing email, reaching out to people with reminders/follow-ups, assistance with design tasks, etc.).
Time and patience in problem-solving this very project-management challenge.
Seeking God for wisdom through prayer the past 10+ years on how to cultivate and develop the full long-term vision.
There is a bigger vision for all of these projects, which will become more and more clear to the public over time. Until then, I'm allowing each project to have it's own impact and feed people to other resources in the ecosystem. But the way it's set up now accomplishes the goal on an elementary level, so you may understand more of the "what" and "how" by engaging the projects now!
Again, I could answer this question in many ways. But these six things enable me to do more with less. 😊
